Mohammad Mustafa launches fresh attack on Captain’s new party president
Mohammad Mustafa, Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu’s strategic advisor attacked former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh concerning the appointment of his recently formed Punjab Lok Congress Party.
Attaching a news report on national English news daily Indian Express, Mustafa wrote on Twitter, “If it had been for my advice, I would have named BIS ‘Bharat Inder Singh Chahal’ who would have been a better choice for the shadow ministry as a provincial security adviser as an orderly in uniform.”
The news report shared by Muhammad Mustafa mentions that fraud cases have been registered by CBI against Chandigarh resident Sukhinder Singh, whom Captain has declared his party president.
As per the new report, the fraud case was registered against Sukhinder Singh in 2019 and also on October 29, this year.
The President’s name has been revealed in a public notice issued by the Election Commission. It said that Gurmehar Singh Sekhon has been named as General Secretary of the party and Sukhsimran Singh as Treasurer of the party.
Gurmehar Singh Sekhon Amarinder Singh is the son of the late Karan Sekhon who was a former OSD. The address of the party headquarters is given on their Siswan form.
