Muktsar 5 February:-(Manpreet Singh )  In a bid to provide equal platform to all the contesting candidates for the Vidhan Sabha elections, Election Observers are appointed to look into complaints and suggestions of the public.

Stating this today, senior IAS officer -Shantanu disclosed that he is appointed as General Observer for the Muktsar Assembly Constituency.

He said that on the directions of Election Commission of India he is suppose to implement the Model Code of Conduct in letter and spirit in Muktsar Assembly Constituency.

He said that people can meet him at Canal Guest House in Muktsar between 5pm to 6 pm. He said that anyone can contact him at his phone number 70091-57263.
